Judge: Suspect death of the student can not be the lawyer of fire
A judge said the man with the killing of one of the University of Vermont Virginia student must defend his lawyer.
Vermont District Court Judge Michael Kupersmith Wednesday rejected the request of defence lawyer David Ste no longer represent Brian Rooney.
