Lincoln Financial Group announced Jon A. Gessler retirement.
Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) announced today that its Board of Directors has chosen long-director Patrick J. Barrett Chairman of the Board and the name of its current President and Chief Operating Officer, Dennis R. Glass, Chief Executive Officer. Both dates were Jon A. Gessler inform the Board of Directors its decision to resign from these positions and the retirement of the company.
Gessler available to help Barrett and glass until his separation from Lincoln Financial Group from 1 September 2007. Glass and Barrett as their new duties immediately.
Gessler said: “My decision to retire comes at the right time for Lincoln Financial Group and for me.
